In this module, we’ll discuss the safety and ethics of using drones for storytelling, get hands-on experience flying drones, discuss the challenges of teaching students about drones and learn about using drones for photogrammetry. We’ll hear from Matt Waite of University of Nebraska about developing the first-ever curriculum on drone journalism and Ben Kreimer, drone storyteller, about using drones to develop 3D models and interactives.
